Operational Head Office of International Ship Registry of Cambodia (ISROC) is located within the Consulate of Royal Kingdom of Cambodia in the city of Busan of Korea as shown below. ISROC H.Q. control and facilitates all registration process.
The Ship Registry system operates world wide network system of appointed
Deputy Registrars in the world. These Deputy Registrars offices
are empowered to process ship registration and to issue the relevant
certificate through the registration authorization granted by ISROC
